UPDATE - 10/26@9:44AM: Nirvana's Krist Novoselic attended the show and posted a couple photos to his Instagram. Alex Lifeson's wife Charlene was also spotted at the show (thanks Thomas P). Here's some video of the train wreck in 2112, along with this video of Working Man including Anika's guitar gag right at the end.

UPDATE - 10/25@11:02PM: That's all for night one in DC! They'll be back at it on Tuesday. Rush gave us yet another iteration of their B(ravo) setlist tonight, this one shifting around the typical order of things a bit in set 1. There was a bit of a train wreck coming out of intermission, and they had to stop and restart 2112 as seen in this video. The show also went a tad long, so they didn't play the outro video, and for Anika's antic, she pulled out a guitar and started playing it. Full setlist here.
UPDATE - 10/25@9:30PM: Half way into the show and they played all the typical songs we see in set 1 of the B(ravo) set (plus a few rare ones), but with the order mixed up a bit. We expect them to bust into the full 2112 after the break. Full setlist so far here:
1) Xanadu
2) The Spirit of Radio
3) The Analog Kid
4) Subdivisions
5) The Pass
6) Freewill
7) Bravado (Neil Peart tribute)
8) La Villa Strangiato
9) Natural Science
10) Limelight

Rush kicks off their 2-night run in the US Capitol tonight at Washington DC's Capital One Arena on their Fifty Something tour. We're expecting one of the many versions of Rush's B(ravo) setlist tonight, but which version we'll get is another question. Set 1 typically opens up (after Xanadu) with Limelight or The Spirit of Radio and closes with the same (whichever one they didn't open with). The Bravo sets also typically include Freewill, La Villa Strangiato, Subdivisions and the Bravado Neil Peart tribute of course. Fans can also expect to potentially hear The Trees, Natural Science, Distant Early Warning, The Analog Kid, or even The Pass at some point. Set 2 opens with 2112 in full, and has been more predictable, with the only variation being whether they play Witch Hunt or The Garden before the Tom Sawyer closer; they've been favoring The Garden of late. Full expected setlist here. The DC-themed merch for tonight's show is featured in this Instagram post, however there are NO EARLY MERCH SALES due to construction around the arena. The doors open at 6PM and the show starts at 7:30 (more like 7:45). For everybody going to the show, have a great time!!
