[Rush's Geddy Lee talks about 'I Love You, Man,' 'Colbert,' and their new compilation]

Over the weekend I posted a scan of a one-page Geddy Lee feature in the March 20th edition of Entertainment Weekly titled Three Rounds With...Geddy Lee which included a few teaser snippets from a Geddy Lee interview. The full interview was posted online yesterday at the Entertainment Weekly website. In it Geddy talks about the band's I Love You Man cameo, their Colbert Report appearance, Retrospective 3 and other topics including this bit regarding whether there is any unreleased Rush material:

... There isn’t. None. There’s lots of unreleased live material. Hours. Months. But there’s no [studio] material that we’ve recorded and not released. It’s like this: if we’re working on a song where we don’t love it enough to put it on the record, we throw it away. If we’re disappointed in them, we trash them.

Thanks to Power Windows for the heads up.
