As part of their 40th anniversary celebration, Guitar Player Magazine's February 2007 issue contains a list of the top 40 guitar tones of all time as chosen by Guitar Player and Harmony Central forum members. Alex Lifeson's tone on the A Farewell to Kings album is on the list, which is in no particular order.
