Happy International Rush Day!

UPDATE - 12/21@12:43PM: By complete coincidence, internet talk radio program Used Bin Radio will have former Rush engineer Adam Moseley as a guest on tonight's program. Moseley assisted in the engineering/mixing of both Hemispheres and Permanent Waves at the legendary Trident Studios in London. You can tune in online at this link tonight from 7-10PM PST (10-1 EST). Today is the 21st day of the 12th month - often written as 21/12 in many parts of the world. The occasion has become a sort of unofficial Rush holiday in recent years. What better excuse do you need to listen to Rush all day long, watch Rush DVDs, wear Rush paraphernalia, etc.? To make it especially significant, do something extra special at exactly 9:12PM this evening; 21:12 in military time. The event also coincides with the Winter Solstice (First Day of Winter) and a rare total eclipse of the moon which took place early this morning, where the Earth sat directly Between Sun & Moon (thanks to RUSHnATL for making that connection). Nice banner! Maybe it would be better to use a "." rather than a slash to better fit the "reversed" order day.month as is more standard in Europe.
Well, my trip to MSG was successful! Sold my two tickets so I could afford my AMAZING Cleveland ticket, and bought a ticket 4 rows off the floor on Geddy's side for $100.

It's a good time to be a Rush fan.
I started the day off jamming with my Rush cover/tribute band for a few hours, and on the way home KSHE 95 played Red Barchetta! When I got home I saw my new speakers had arrived so I broke 'em in with The Body Electric. Looks like there's still enough time to listen all the way through 2112 before midnight : )
