Rush Backstage Club: remastered tourbooks and new contest

The Rush Backstage Club emailed out their newsletter last night announcing that they now have available new, remastered versions of all the Rush tourbooks dating back to the 2112 album! You can check them out at the Rush Backstage Club at this link and purchase one for $14.99. They are also running a new contest where you could win 1 of 3 R30/Feedback dryer t-shirts. The tie-dyed t-shirts are the same ones that Geddy threw to fans from his dryers during the R30 tour! On the back of the t-shirt the text reads: Hey man this shirt came from Geddy's dryers. The contest ends on March 24th and you can sign up to enter at this link (thanks thomas). You can also now follow the Rush Backstage Club on Facebook and Twitter.

I'm up cuz I couldn't sleep! C'mon Rush tour dates! Wonder if I win in this contest if instead of one of these shirts, I could win one of Geddy's shirts from his dryer at home. Hmmm....??? Hey, a girl can dream - even about Geddy's laundry. *sigh*

I saw the word RUSH in my inbox and let out a big scream of excitement. I was then a little disappointed when I read the subject line lol. Don't me wrong I this is a great idea, and I'll probably buy a few of the tourbooks. It just wasn't the news I was expecting...

I'm up this early because I have a doctor appointment to head out to, and parking at H-UCLA is an unholy joke...that and I couldn't sleep anyway...ouch...grr...

It's all cool, but what we REALLY want is a NEW tour book to go along with a tour. :-) Oh - and new music.
I might have to buy a remastered Farewell to Kings and Hemispheres tour book, however!

Sweet! Ordered the 2112 tourbook & the $9.99 bb cap. Always wanted this tourbook to complete my collection. It's the second most wanted on my list, just a notch below getting the 1st LP on Moon Records.

What does a remastered tourbook sound like? Is there such a thing as remastering paper? Never heard it described that way before. (I think I have a copy of 'Atlas Shrugged' 4th printing, er uh, remastering.)
