To #2 Daveh, I share your sentiment. However, it is not an exact copy. For one thing, the vocals are added in via mandolin. Further, not every note is exact. In certain places, they also use their guitar lines to imitate the percussion (not talking about the blatant hand drumming, which is also awesome). What they capture - to me, better than any other cover - is the voice, spirit and energy of the song. Masterful.

Superb musicianship but I'm not a big fan of covers that follow the original recording exactly. If you're going to cover a song, I would prefer you do it in a way that reflects your unique personality.
