Drum Workshop posted a 3-minute video to their YouTube channel of Neil Peart discussing the all-maple VLT (very low timbre) Time Machine Tour kit snare drum and why it has continued to be his preferred snare both on stage and in the studio. You can watch the video below or at this link:
