Since Andrew did a documentary for the recording of S & A. Why not a doc on the touring of the album to follow-up? Maybe the video snippets we see of the different roadies will be part of this documentary.

I think a documentary style production is in our future. I recall seeing several cameras filming us as we exited the Hollywood Bowl show, and cameras were around the merch areas beforehand. Let's hope! As we all know, these have been very well done and first class in every way.
I called this, I posted information after the Raleigh show.
My Co Hort that attended the show with me knew a Backstage
VIP who was life long friends with 1 of the crew. He told
us he heard a little birdy say they were basically filming
bits and pieces of the whole tour for a documentary.
Rumors
My Co Hort at the show new someone in the VIP section that has a close friend in the crew
and he said there filming various parts of tour for a rush
documentary the shows current and old band footage sort of
a history of Rush with live performances mixed in, we will
see ;>)

Kevin.... I dont remember your post. But, good job calling it. Just dont be spitting while sticking yer tongue out. Lol!
How f--ing sweet for us Rushheads... We were lucky to have the MVI that took us through the making of the album. And maybe we'll find a documentary that would take us through the tour portion of 'S&A'.
Or could it be a doc. as a way of saying 'Thanks' to the fans?
if they published footage of the guys taking a dump, we Rushians would buy it up like hotcakes! we are terrible.

I second that motion, pinkfloyd2000. "Triple-DVD set" just screama "hot seller" to me. The reason being that I would love to see what I'm missins in Toronto.
"Take it easy on me now, I'd be there if I could.."
I live up north, but not that far up north. Maybe in a few years...
my sentiments exactly SF! If Geddy farted into a bottle I would buy it. and the mvi ...

Hya Max, glad to see a comment from you; though I don't know if I hold with all this larger intestinal discussion :)
Are you going to EUcon? Are you going to MEN? Shall we shake hands in the physical rather than the metaphorical?

SF!! - I was just looking back through the threads from many moons ago and you typed that you would check out the dates of the EUcon because you thought you might like to go.
It ain't as far to Manchester as it is to SF (!). Will I see you there? A one off chance to be in the same room as Terry Brown AND record a smile and a wave in Andrew Mcnaughton's film? I'm sure there are still tickets left for Manchester, given that "ticketsheister" are such a bunch of B"£$tards, along with the rest of the vultures :))

ms in la
yes yes yes
maybe it'll air on VH1 Classic, too
and maybe that 3 disc dvd set which doesnt even exist yet will have some extras from the MVI doc... it didnt cover all the songs :(
soeaking... im still waiting for Squire to sign my fish out of water and send it to me here in college =\
Finally, something informative! WOO,WOO!
#4 & #5: Don't forget Geddy's brief films of the audiences at each show. Sounds like there'd be plenty of material for an expanded tour DVD.
Well! This is great news. Terry Brown AND Andrew McNaughton at EUCon.
So glad I've got my tickets :))
EUCon and a RUSH gig on the same day. Oh happy me.

Hmm, sure has the wheels in my head spinning!
Wouldn't it be cool if the next tourbook is multimedia with Andrew's film clips?
