Rush plays the third-to-last show of the R40 Live tonight at the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona. After tonight the band will take a 3-day break, then head to SoCal for the final 2 shows in Irvine and Los Angeles. The band has been hard to predict as far as the setlist goes on this third leg of the tour. The pattern so far has been B-C-A-B-G-B-A-C-A, which isn't really a pattern at all. All we can say with relative certainty is that they won't play the same setlist back-to-back nights, so tonight's show will probably be B or C, with B being more likely since they haven't played it since Seattle. For more discussion on the potential setlist along with a preview of the show, check out the pre-show SPOILER review below the fold. There will be an informal pre-show fan gathering at Cooperstown across from the venue later this afternoon. Tonight's show is scheduled to start at 7:30PM, so Rush should be hitting the stage around 7:45-ish (10:45PM EST). For everyone going to the show, have fun, stay safe and make sure to share your reports, reviews, photos and video with us. Ruussshhhh!!!!!

*** pre-show SPOILER review *** As I'd mentioned above, Rush hasn't really settled into any kind of pattern with their 3-setlist rotation on this third leg of the tour, so they've been a little hard to predict. That said, they haven't yet played the same set on back-to-back nights, and it's been 4 shows since they last played setlist B back in Seattle. So it's a pretty good bet to say they'll pull out setlist B for tonight's show. That would leave C very likely for Irvine, and then one of the special setlists for the final show in Los Angeles. Rumor has it that they'll play Losing It again at that show, likely with Jonny Dinklage or some other stringer as a guest musician. Hopefully they'll have some other surprises in store for us too since it's the final show.
