Rush 2112 reference on latest episode of Fox's Alcatraz
9:30PM EST | comments (8) |

There was a Rush 2112 reference on the latest episode (season 1, episode 4 - Cal Sweeney) of the new Fox TV series Alcatraz which aired last night. The focus of the episode is a bank robber named Calvin Sweeney who has a prison id number of 2112. You can check out a couple of screenshots by clicking on the thumbnails. Thanks to keysean45 for the heads up and John at Cygnus-X1.net for the screenshots.

Speaking of 2112, maybe this is a bit more relevant: Here's a redux of the album cover, made to commemorate today, 2-1-12. link
Enjoy!

yeah, if the prisoner's name was "Pratt" or "Priest", etc, or something like that, anything at all Rush related, this would count. Sorry. Just my .02

Well I can see how the show runs along the lines of "Time Stand Still"...

Is this a reference to "Rush: 2112" or just the number seen on the screen? Not sure how this is a "Rush" sighting.
