Another Rush Compilation ... Yawn

Tue, Mar 14, 2006@4:14PM | comments removed/disabled

From Power Windows:

Rush "Gold" Compilation by Mercury Records, a mere repackaging of the 1997 compilations, Retrospectives 1 and 2, is slated for an America only release on April 25th. A 2 cd set, it will have the same track listing as the combined Retrospectives disks with the exception of "Something for Nothing" being deleted and replaced by "Working Man". The cover will be by Hugh Syme, a reworking of the Retrospectives covers. - Mar. 14, 2006

So Mercury is trying to squeeze some more money out of Rush. Frankly, I could care less. I'm proud to say that I don't own any Rush compilations nor do I ever plan on it. Why get a compilation when you already have the entire Rush catalog?? :)
